ALUMINUM DIE CASTING

We are manufacturing die-casting parts for automotive industry. We are realizing high quality and low price in Vietnam and conducting business while focusing on recycling activities. We can provide consultation on manufacturing various aluminum products.

This is our main parts for safety belt. Since it is a safety part, it is a product with high quality standards.

Quality Management

The staff from finishing Dept take the visual inspection test 1 time per 3 months. Staff who pass the test can work as "inspector" in the finishing line. It is our QC system for improving our quality.
Finishing Process

Our thingking about environment

All exhaust gas passes through the dust collector. In addition, the remaining aluminum is extracted and reused by using an ash press.
